Hamesha Loyalty Program is a Loyalty Program from Sintex where Customers can earn points against purchases of pipes, fittings & tanks and redeem their points against attractive rewards.
WHO CAN JOIN THE PROGRAM?
Only Customers who are above 18 years old and a resident of India purchasing Sintex products either directly or from authorized Sintex distributors / dealers.
HOW TO REGISTER IN THE PROGRAM?
Registration can be done by downloading the _ _ _ _Sintex Hamesha _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ App on Google Store or IOS Store. Login via OTP and follow the steps to fill mandatory details (Mobile No, Name, age, Address, PAN Card, GST No, etc) in order to register.
It is recommended that registrations be done by contacting the _ _ Sintex_ _ _ _ Sales Team in your area and share all registration details as required for faster verification & entry to program.

For Premium Grade and Larger Size – Win higher points every Sheet.
HOW DO I REDEEM POINTS FOR REWARDS?
Open the _ _Sintex Hamesha _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ App and Click on Redemption Catalogue.
Click on Redemption Catalogue and choose from Gifts, Vouchers or Bank Transfer.

IS THERE ANY DEDUCTION IN MY POINTS DURING REDEMPTION?
Yes as per the TDS 194R rule, if you have provided the PAN Card 10% shall be deducted or removed from the points earning on over and above 20,000 Rs payout in a fiscal year.

DOES MEMBERSHIP EVER EXPIRE?
Program membership will remain open till the time the program runs or till the time the Customer resigns from the program, or the Company cancels the membership of the Customer.
CAN I BUY THE PRODUCTS FROM ANYWHERE?
Yes, you can purchase the products from Authorized Distributors, Dealers or Customers in India.

Your membership may be revoked by the Company in its sole discretion, at any time.
Any abuse of the Program; failure to follow any of these Terms; misrepresentation; or conduct that may be detrimental to the interests of _ _Sintex _ _ _ _ _ _ Products Limited – it may result in the revocation of your membership and make you ineligible for further participation in the Program.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY POINTS IF MY MEMBERSHIP IS REVOKED?
If your membership is revoked, any Points or Rewards in your account or available to you prior to such termination will automatically expire, and your access to the Program and its features will automatically terminate.
CAN THE PROGRAM BE MODIFIED OR TERMINATED?
Yes. The Company in its sole discretion may cancel, amend, modify, restrict, and/or terminate the Program, the Program Terms, or any aspect or features of the Program, at any time without prior notice, even if such changes may affect Points already earned and/or the value of Rewards already accumulated and/or the ability to redeem Rewards.

CAN I GET CASH INSTEAD OF GIFTS?
