1. Eligibility: By registering on this application, you confirm that you are a licensed tobacco retailer authorised to sell BAT products in your market, and that you are 18 years of age or older.

2. Authorised Use: This application is provided solely for placing orders, tracking deliveries, and accessing trade promotions related to BAT products. Any unauthorised or commercial misuse of the platform is strictly prohibited.

3. Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity carried out through your account will be considered your responsibility.

4. Data & Privacy: By using this application, you consent to BAT collecting and processing your outlet information and order/sales data for the purpose of order fulfilment, loyalty rewards, and business analytics. Your data will not be shared with third parties outside of BAT’s authorised partners.

5. Loyalty Programme: Participation in the loyalty programme is subject to the programme terms applicable in your market. Points earned are non-transferable and have no cash value.

6. Age-Restricted Products: You acknowledge that BAT products are intended for adult consumers only. You agree not to sell or facilitate the sale of any BAT product to individuals under the legal age of purchase in your market.

7. Changes to Terms: BAT reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the application after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
