In 2012, Bizom started with a mission: to disrupt the retail industry through its cutting-edge solutions, streamlining operations with automation and optimisation. Throughout its journey, Bizom has undergone a metamorphosis, transitioning from a mere SaaS product company to a customer-centric juggernaut. Recognising the need for a symbol that embodies our brand’s ethos and technological prowess, we embarked on a quest for a new mascot. The result? A cyborg-human hybrid, a brand mascot poised to tackle inquiries, resolve issues, and serve as the quintessential Bizom companion.

In essence, Bizom’s evolution mirrors its clientele: constantly innovating, perpetually adapting, and always striving for excellence. Thus, in the quest to give a human-like poignance to our brand, we thought of bringing a mascot to life who solves problems and serves solutions with natural intelligence.

The Persona

What is Mascot Branding at all? It is about breathing life into characters incepted at a design table. Of course, live characters built to provide experiences are bound to have their personas. After a prolonged discussion, we developed three keywords that revolve around our core customer obsession and centricity ideology. The three critical elements of RIO’s persona are Trustworthiness, Intelligence, and Adaptiveness.

Trustworthy

RIO is a trustworthy watchman for the retailer’s inventory on the shelves and keeps a hawk eye on replenishing and fulfilling the inventory as and when required. It provides a 360-degree sneak peek into the inventory levels and notifies the sales team just in time.

Intelligent

The mascot iis designed to be intuitive and intelligent. It can trace the inventory from the warehouse to the customer location point. Thus, it helps the salesman to plan the complete distribution process without any supply chain breaks.

Adaptive

It has the ability to be flexible and adapt to challenges and unprecedented situations is one quality we marvel at and flex about.
